Workflow Automation Studio — 2026

Vector Workflows.

We build the systems that remove repetitive, manual work from your operations — workflow automation, backend integrations, and custom tooling. Messaging bots are one tool in that kit; fixing the underlying problem is the job.

Methodology

The Protocol

01

Consistent, Not Guesswork

Automation only earns its keep if it produces the same result every time. Every system we build follows strict, rule-based logic — no improvisation, no surprises. You can rely on the output whether it runs once or ten thousand times, no "let me just go verify that" moment.

02

Works Where Your Team Already Works

Your staff shouldn't have to learn new software to benefit from better automation. We connect the tools your team already uses — WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Workspace, spreadsheets — so the process improves without disrupting how people already work.

03

Runs Without You Watching It

A system that works in a presentation but needs babysitting in production isn't finished. What we ship runs on dedicated cloud servers, stays up around the clock, and handles edge cases without needing someone to maintain it manually.

Case Study — 01

Missed Lead
Responder

The Problem

A Missed Call Is a Lost Customer

For most local and service businesses, an unanswered phone is one of the most expensive gaps in the whole operation. A caller who doesn't leave a voicemail is a caller who just tried the next business on the list instead. By the time anyone notices the missed call sitting in the log, the window to win that customer back has usually already closed.

What We Built

Instant Follow-Up, Zero Manual Chasing

A responder that watches for missed calls the moment they happen and fires back an automatic follow-up within seconds — acknowledging the caller, answering the obvious first question, and logging the contact as a lead — so nothing falls through the gap between "the phone rang" and "someone followed up."

How It Works

Missed Call In. Structured Lead Out.

The moment a call goes unanswered, the responder triggers an automatic reply to the caller and writes a structured lead record — number, timestamp, and status — so the business always has a live, current list of who called and whether they've been brought back into the conversation.

Status
Built & Tested — Ready for Onboarding

This is a self-initiated project — built to prove the pattern before bringing it to a client. The system is complete and tested end-to-end; it just needs to be connected to a specific client's number and account to go live for them, which is a standard onboarding step. The walkthrough video outlines the complete flow from missed call to logged lead. FOR A CUSTOM BUILD PRESS "Build This For Me".

Site Fault
Tracker

The Problem

Field Reports Scattered Across Chats

When field teams spot a site fault — a damaged installation, something that needs logging — the report ends up wherever it's easiest to send: a text, a WhatsApp photo, a voice note in a group chat. Nothing gets structured, nobody can find it later, and chasing people to fill in forms becomes its own job.

What We Built

Photo In, Structured Record Out

A WhatsApp bot that turns a photo and a quick note into a clean, structured row in your team's Google Sheet — sent from the WhatsApp app your field staff already have open, no new software to install.

How It Works

Send a Photo, Get a Logged Record

A field worker snaps a photo of the fault and sends it along with a short note describing what's wrong. The bot logs the photo and your team's own description directly, and pulls out a few extra details automatically where it can — like an address mentioned in the message — plus a rough severity flag based on the image, useful as a first-pass indicator rather than a precise rating, given how much photo quality and conditions vary. Everything lands as one timestamped row, ready for someone to review.

Status
Built & Tested — Ready for Onboarding

This is a self-initiated project — built to prove the pattern before bringing it to a client. The bot is complete and tested end-to-end. Like any WhatsApp Business integration, it needs to be connected to a dedicated business number to go live — standard setup for any client deployment, done at onboarding rather than in advance for a demo. Dynamic
Scheduler

The Problem

Every Day Doesn't Start the Same Way

Most calendars assume you'll wake up at the same time and follow the same plan every day. Wake up late once, and the whole day's schedule is already wrong before you've had coffee — and manually re-editing every event is its own chore, so most people just stop bothering.

What We Built

A Schedule That Adapts to How Your Day Starts

A Telegram bot built around one specific idea: your day looks different depending on when it starts. Message /awake and it detects the time and applies the right version of your schedule — an early, normal, or late-start template, each one you define ahead of time. Add tasks, clear a day, or plan a future date, all with a short command inside Telegram.

How It Works

Set Templates Once, Adapt Every Day

Build a schedule for a date manually and save it as one of your three templates (early / normal / late) — or use the defaults. From then on, /awake checks the time and applies the matching template. Clear Day empties a date, Add Task drops something into today's plan, and setting a future wake-up time preps a day in advance. It's built for the specific problem of a schedule adjusting to when your day actually starts — not a general-purpose natural-language calendar assistant. Custom builds can go further — see "Build This For Me."

Status
Live — Open for Public Use

Built by the studio as a self-initiated project, originally for personal use rather than a paying client. A couple of friends heard about it and asked to try it, so it's now live on Telegram and open to anyone who wants to use it. FOR A CUSTOM BUILD PRESS "Build This For Me".
