Websites and booking for detailing, PPF and ceramic studios
Your customers are about to spend real money on their car. Give them a site that shows exactly what each package covers, lets them try a tint shade, and takes a booking request that names the car and the work. Then make sure every call you miss in the booth gets a text back.

01Where jobs go
Where detailing jobs slip away.
- 08:40
Gloves on, phone ringing
You're halfway through correcting black paint. The phone rings out, and the caller with a new Model Y tries the next studio on Google before you've rinsed your hands.
- 13:15
"How much for full front?"
The same question arrives by call, text and Instagram, worded three ways. Without a page that shows what full front covers, every answer turns into a ten-minute call.
- 17:30
The quote that went quiet
You priced a ceramic job on Tuesday and never heard back. Nobody followed up, because the enquiry was never written down anywhere you'd see it again.
- 21:10
Comparing studios from the sofa
Someone looks at three studios on their phone at night. The one whose site opens quickly, shows real work and takes a booking request without a phone call gets the message.
02The arithmetic
One recovered job usually covers it.
Detailing has a small team and a high price per job. That makes every unanswered call expensive, and the fix cheap by comparison: if your average job is worth more than the missed-call responder costs, the first customer it brings back has paid for it.
For example: 5 missed calls a week, and 20% of those callers would have booked a $450 job. That's about 4 jobs a month, or $1,950. Your numbers will differ, so try yours below.

The Missed-call responder is $199, once, at launch pricing (then $399).
Calls you miss × 4.33 weeks × the share who'd have booked × the average job. The starting numbers are an example, not a statistic: set them from your own call log.
03Show, don't explain
Let customers see the coverage.
Two of the controls from our detailing flagship, rebuilt small. On your site they carry your own packages, your prices if you want them shown, and your state's tint limit.

06Compared
Three ways to take a booking.
| Question | Phone only | Contact form | Booking request |
|---|---|---|---|
| Works while you're in the booth | No: the call rings out | Yes | Yes |
| You know the car and the work before replying | Only if you pick up | Sometimes, if they think to say | Always: vehicle and services are steps one and two |
| You can price it before you call back | No | Rarely | Usually, from your own price list |
| The customer knows it arrived | Only if you call back | Depends on the form | A confirmation on screen, and your reply by text or call |
| Day and time | Agreed on the call | Back and forth | They pick from the days you're open; you confirm |
A booking request never takes payment and never confirms a booking by itself: you confirm every one. Pair it with the missed-call responder so callers who'd rather phone aren't lost either.
?Questions
Questions detailers ask.
- Can the site show my real prices?
- Yes, once you've confirmed them. Until then a service reads "Quote" or "Priced on inspection". A price on your site is a promise to a customer, so nothing goes up that you haven't signed off.
- Do I need the 3D car?
- No. The 3D car is the flagship's showpiece, loaded only on devices that can run it, with a still image everywhere else. Your site can lead with your own photographs instead and still have the coverage switcher and the tint previewer.
- How does the tint previewer deal with the law?
- It flags any front-window shade darker than your state allows. The AZ Detailers preview is set to Arizona, where film on the front side windows must let through at least 33% of the light. We set it to the figure for your state, which you confirm.
- Where do booking requests go?
- To you, by email, text or WhatsApp, whichever you check. Each one names the vehicle, the services and the day the customer would like. You call or text back to confirm.
- What happens when I miss a call?
- With the missed-call responder, the caller gets a text within seconds asking about the car, you get an alert with their number, and the call is logged in a sheet that updates when they reply. You can call our demo line to try it.
- How long does it take?
- The website: Ready in under 3 days, once we have your details. The missed-call responder: Ready in under 5 days, once we have your details. (plus phone-line activation time)
