Before you ask.
- Do my customers need to create an account?
- No. Orders and booking requests arrive from the customer's own WhatsApp number, so you always know who is asking. Requests stay "pending" until you confirm them, and anyone wasting your time can be blocked in one tap. For high-value slots you can ask for a small UPI token amount.
- What happens after the first year?
- That's your call. Everything keeps running as it is, and what was built stays yours. Renew the domain yourself at the market price, or choose the optional care plan and we'll look after renewals, fixes and changes for $19 a month ($190 a year).
- Are there any running costs?
- Chats your customers start cost nothing extra. Messages your business starts on WhatsApp (reminders, follow-ups) carry small Meta fees, and phone services need a phone line. Both are billed at cost, and we tell you the numbers before anything is set up.
- Can I change my prices or hours myself?
- Yes. Your Google Business Profile and WhatsApp Business details are yours to edit whenever you like. For the website and the bots, send the change on WhatsApp: text, prices, hours and photos count as small changes, included in year one and in the optional care plan after that.
- What do you need from me to start?
- Your business name, what you offer and what you charge, your opening hours, a few photos, and access to whatever the service runs on: your Google account, your WhatsApp number or your phone line. The build time starts once those are in.
- What if I'm not sure which ones I need?
