What This
Agreement Covers
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every product, bot, integration, or workflow published under the Vector Workflows name — current and future — collectively referred to here as our "Services." By connecting an account, messaging a bot, or otherwise using any Service, you agree to these Terms.
One Set of Terms
Rather than drafting a fresh agreement per tool, these Terms apply uniformly across the Vector Workflows catalog. Individual Services may publish a short supplementary notice for anything genuinely specific to that product, but the core rules here always hold. For what data a given Service actually accesses, see its disclosure in our Privacy Policy.
How You Accept
Authorizing a Service through OAuth, starting a conversation with a bot, or otherwise actively using a Service constitutes acceptance. If you don't agree, simply don't connect or continue using it.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use any Vector Workflows Service.
What We
Currently Operate
These Terms are written to cover any Service we build, but so this page doesn't read as abstract or out of date, here's what's actually live today. Each one also has its own data-access disclosure in the Privacy Policy.
Google Calendar Scheduler
Connects to your Google Calendar to build your day's schedule with a single click — add tasks, clear a day, or plan ahead.
WA Site Tracker
A WhatsApp bot that files site photos and updates from your engineers into your own Google Sheet and Drive folder.
Missed Lead Responder
Texts back and logs details from callers your business line couldn't answer, and notifies you on Telegram.
Using Our
Services
We build tools meant to run quietly and reliably in the background of your day. In return, we ask for a few basics.
Accurate Account Information
Any account, integration, or credential you connect must belong to you, and any information you provide us must be accurate and kept up to date.
Personal, Non-Commercial Use
Unless we've agreed otherwise in writing, our Services are provided for your own personal use — not for resale, sublicensing, or operating a competing product on top of ours.
Respecting Rate Limits & Fair Use
Services that depend on third-party APIs (like Google or Telegram) inherit those platforms' rate limits. Deliberately circumventing throttling, scraping, or overloading a Service isn't permitted.
One Account, One Person
Credentials and sessions are tied to you individually. Sharing login access or session tokens with others isn't covered under these Terms and may result in suspension.
Acceptable
Use
Our Services are built to be genuinely useful — automating routines, saving you time, keeping your data intact. In using them, you agree not to:
01 Misuse Connected Platforms
Use any Vector Workflows Service to violate the terms of a connected platform — including Google's, Telegram's, Meta/WhatsApp's, or a telephony/SMS provider's own policies — or to send spam, unsolicited messages, or automated abuse through those platforms.
02 Reverse Engineer or Extract Source
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying logic, models, or source code of any Service, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
03 Interfere With Infrastructure
Probe, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the servers, databases, or infrastructure that power our Services.
04 Use for Unlawful Purposes
Use any Service in a manner that violates applicable law, infringes on the rights of others, or facilitates harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
Your Data &
Third-Party Platforms
Our Services typically operate by connecting to platforms you already use — a calendar, a messaging app, a productivity tool. What we collect and how it's handled is governed by our Privacy Policy, but a few points belong here as well.
You retain ownership of any data you connect to or generate through our Services.
Connected platforms (Google, Telegram, Meta/WhatsApp, SMS/telephony providers, etc.) have their own terms, which continue to apply alongside ours.
You may disconnect any Service or revoke access at any time, without needing to justify why.
Deleting your account or connection removes your stored credentials and session data from our systems.
Availability,
Changes & Fees
01 Service Availability
We work to keep our Services reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Downstream outages on connected platforms (Google, Telegram, Meta/WhatsApp, SMS/telephony providers, or others) are outside our control and may affect functionality temporarily.
02 Changes to a Service
We may update, modify, or discontinue a feature or an entire Service at our discretion. Where a change is material, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active users in advance.
03 Fees, If Any
Many Vector Workflows Services are offered free of charge. Where a Service involves a fee or subscription, the pricing, billing cadence, and cancellation terms will be clearly presented before you're charged — nothing billed by surprise.
04 Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page, and where practical, communicated directly. Continued use of a Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Disclaimers &
Limitation of Liability
01 Provided "As Is"
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including — to the extent permitted by law — any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
02 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vector Workflows will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, a Service — including missed events, scheduling errors, or data loss caused by a connected third-party platform.
03 Your Responsibility
You remain responsible for reviewing anything a Service writes to your calendar, messages, or connected accounts on your behalf, particularly for time-sensitive or high-stakes commitments.
Suspension &
Termination
You can stop using any Service and disconnect your data at any time — see our Privacy Policy for exact deletion steps. We may suspend or terminate access to a Service if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if a connected platform revokes the underlying API access that a Service depends on. Where reasonably possible, we'll aim to give notice first.
Governing
Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising from them will be handled in good faith directly with our team before any formal proceeding, wherever possible.
