All work

Dynamic Scheduler

Send /awake and your day is planned from that moment, shaped by how early or late you woke up.

Live — Open for Public Use Studio-built · self-initiated

Offered asTelegram team bot

01The problem

Every day doesn't start the same way.

Most calendars assume you'll wake at the same time and follow the same plan every day. Wake up late once and the whole day's schedule is wrong before you've had coffee.

Re-editing every event by hand is its own chore, so most people just stop bothering. This bot is built around one idea: your day looks different depending on when it starts.

02Replay

A late start, handled

Simulated data, real system flow. Switch between the chat on your phone and your calendar: both run on the same clock.

    5. 17:00Workout
Replay with simulated data. The user signs in with Google and allows the Dynamic Scheduler to see and edit their calendar events. Today's calendar loads with the user's Normal template: workout at 07:00, deep work at 08:00, and so on. At 07:52 the user sends /awake to the Telegram bot. The bot detects the time, picks the user's Late template, and today's calendar shifts to the late version, with deep work starting at 08:07, fifteen minutes after waking, and the workout moved to the evening. The bot confirms the change.

↔Try it

Slide your wake-up time

Send /awake and your day is planned from that moment: the first task starts 15 minutes later, in order of priority, shaped by how early or late you woke up.

Wake07:00

Normal start

Crucial tasks come first. Everything else shrinks or slides later, and the workout gets short.

    03How it works

Set templates once, adapt every day.

    1. 01

      Sign in with Google

Connect your calendar once: a standard Google consent screen asks you to allow access to your calendar events.

    2. 02

Define three versions of your day

Build a schedule for a date by hand and save it as your early, normal or late template, or start from the defaults.

    3. 03

      Send /awake

The bot checks the time you sent it and applies the matching template to today's calendar.

    4. 04

      Adjust with short commands

Clear Day empties a date. Add Task drops a task into the day's plan.

    5. 05

      Plan ahead

Prepare a future date by entering the time you expect to wake up, or by adding tasks to it in advance.

    What it runs on

    Telegram Bot API
The whole interface: /awake, Clear Day, Add Task and the replies
    Python
The scheduling logic: reading the time, choosing and applying templates
    Google Calendar
Where the day's schedule is actually built

    What it doesn't do

It isn't a general natural-language calendar assistant and doesn't try to understand arbitrary requests. It does one job: fitting your day to when it actually started, using templates you define.

Live — Open for Public Use

Built by the studio as a self-initiated project, originally for personal use. A couple of friends asked to try it, so it's now live on Telegram and open to anyone. Try it: @vector_86k_bot
