Hi, I'm Sam.

I'm Sameer Bhardwaj, and Vector Workflows is me. I work out what you need, build it, and answer when it needs changing. There's no account manager in between.

01How I got here

Teaching, selling, building.

Underneath all of it, from 2023 to April 2026, ran a BCA at Amity University, alongside the teaching, Digitora and a full-time job. It gave me the engineering grounding: how software is built properly, not just how to make it work once. It's the line running beside the chapters below.

  1. Born in Uttar Pradesh, raised in New Delhi.

  2. 2022

Studied at School of Excellence, Dwarka Sector 22

  3. 2023

Teaching middle and secondary school students

I taught classes 6 to 9 at Reliance Coaching Centre in Delhi.

What it taught meTo break any topic down until the person in front of you actually understands it, because that is all they care about. And to start from first principles: not “what can I sell you?” but “what do you actually need, and what does it solve?”

That's still how I work. I only recommend what I'd pay for myself, and if something won't earn its place in your business, I'll tell you before we build it.

  4. 2024

    Digitora

I moved to Gurugram and built Digitora to sell websites: the brand, the site, a video, and hosting set up for up to a hundred client sites. I spent months perfecting it, and stopped when it was time to start selling.

What it taught meBuilding is half the work. The other half is getting in front of people, and that is the half I now start with. It is why Vector Workflows talks to owners first and builds around what they need.

  5. Nov 2024 – Oct 2025

    Sales and retention at Concentrix

On Comcast's Xfinity account, I spent every day talking with customers who had already decided to leave, and won many of them back. I was recognised on the floor's wall of fame and awarded a certificate of recognition.

    What it taught me
    • What actually makes a customer say yes, and what makes them say no to even a very good offer.
    • How customer service shapes the way people see a business.
    • How a company of Comcast's scale runs its operations across so many different areas.

It's also where the Missed-call responder and the Repeat-customer tracker come from.

    Vector Workflows

I started Vector Workflows to put the three in one place: teaching, selling and building. You get the plain explanation, the reason it matters to your customers, and the working system, from the same person.

That's the story so far. If you'd like to talk about your business, I'm easy to reach.

02How it works

Small by design.

Priced before it's built

Every service has its price and build time on the services page. If something needs to grow, you hear about it before the work, not after.

Built on what you already use

WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Sheets, your existing phone line. Systems fit around how your team already works.

Handed over, not locked in

What's built for you is yours. If you ever want someone else to take it over, nothing stands in the way.

03Why hand-built

Written by hand, fast on any phone.

Every site here is plain HTML, CSS and a little JavaScript, with no page builder underneath. It's the same way this site is made.

This page, including its styles and scripts, is 27.7 kB gzipped. That's measured when the site is built, not estimated.

Fast on slow connections
Nothing heavy to download before the page appears, so it opens quickly on a mid-range phone on mobile data.
Nothing to patch
No plugins, no admin panel, no weekly security updates. Very little can break.
Outlives the tools
Plain HTML still opens in any browser years from now.
